๐Ÿ’Š Want to check key vitamin levels before supplementing

๐Ÿ“Œ Symptoms of vitamin deficiency can overlap with many other conditions, so results should be interpreted alongside your wider health picture.

โšก Why Are These Vitamins Important?

โ˜€๏ธ Vitamin D supports bone health, muscle function and immune system function.

๐Ÿฉธ Vitamin B12 is important for red blood cell production, nerve function and energy metabolism.

๐Ÿ” Why Test These Vitamins Together?

Vitamin symptoms can be vague and can overlap. For example, tiredness, weakness, low mood, poor concentration and pins and needles may have several possible causes.

This test looks at:

โ˜€๏ธ Vitamin D โ€” often low with limited sunlight exposure

๐Ÿฉธ B12 โ€” important for nerves and blood cells

๐ŸŒฟ Folate โ€” important for blood cell formation and cell growth

๐Ÿ’ก Testing these together can give a clearer picture than checking just one vitamin in isolation.
